Oral Medications

Oral medications include:
Aubagio is a once a day medication that decreases inflammation and reduces the risk of worsening disability
Mavenclad is taken for only 4-5 days four times over 4 years which results in resetting of the immune system.
Fumarates (Tecfidera, Vumerity) are taken twice a day to prevent relapses, worsening disability and new MRI activity.
S1P medications (Gilenya, Mayzent, Zeposia) are taken once a day to prevent relapses and worsening disability. Mayzent was shown to be effective in secondary-progressive disease.
